Polovina’s impressive career spans highlights including her sale of the first million-dollar-plus oceanfront home in Newport Beach, more than 100 transactions on Lido Isle alone, and a longtime focus on the popular communities of West Newport. In addition, she has represented buyers and sellers throughout the region – and beyond – including Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach, Catalina Island, Temecula and Mammoth.
In addition to her renowned negotiation skills, clients and colleagues rely on Polovina’s design expertise – first honed in the fashion and interior design industries – to assess the potential of properties. As a result, she has built and remodeled homes from Vail, Colorado to Nicaragua.
Polovina is as passionate about her community as she is about real estate. She has served on the Lido Isle architectural committee, on the boards of the National Charity League, the South Coast Cancer League, and as President of the Lido Isle Women’s Club and the local chapter of the Children’s Home Society. She also has been very involved at the Newport Harbor Yacht Club, chairing the Bettina Bents Memorial Regatta and the first fundraiser of the Newport Harbor/Corona del Mar Sailing Foundation.
