Before selling the Santa Ana, California-based business in 1989, she expanded distribution to include all major department stores and gift shops throughout the U.S. and Canada. She also holds certification in light construction and development management from the University of California, Irvine, and worked for a leading land development company prior to entering residential real estate sales in 1990.
