A SoCal native who has called Newport Coast home for the past decade, Z began her real estate career in 2002 at First American Titel Company where she served as National Account Manager. In this role, she worked closely with lawyers, bankers, principals and escrow agents daily and consistently was a multi-million-dollar producer. This sales and marketing acumen, and her impressive network of buyers, sellers, and agents continue to provide a distinct advantage to her clients in the competitive coastal Orange Count real estate market.
Like her colleagues at Arbor, Z is committed to giving back to her community. She is especially passionate about her support of the Hopeful Heart Foundation, having a son who was born with a congenital heart defect and who has undergone three open-heart surgeries Z now is an advocate in the community to help raise awareness of congenital heart disease, and donates a portion of proceeds from every completed transaction to The Hopeful Hearts Foundation.
