This year’s Holiday Boutique was a huge success, featuring over 20 small businesses during the day-long shopping fest. Shelly Angel, the event coordinator and Arbor agent, shared her motivation, saying, “The holiday season is all about giving, and it brings me immense joy to give back to the community.”
