Elis Chong

Elis Chong- a resident of Newport Beach for over 30 years including Spyglass Hills in Corona Del Mar, where her family currently resides, offers an invaluable perspective of the community and the luxury real estate market. Elis, along with her husband have two teenage children and are deeply rooted in the community including PTA, non-profits, athletics, and club sports.

Elis attended UC Irvine and graduated with a degree in Economics. With over 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the technology sector, Elis has a unique skill set that she leverages to ensure that her sellers receive the highest closing price possible through a competitive bid process. “I always put my clients best interest above all else when negotiating the best price possible,” says Elis. Elis’s career as a realtor began in San Diego in 2002 where she specialized in the Torrey Hills Area.
