About Andi Paulin

Andi brings a distinctive combination of entrepreneurial vision, creativity, and genuine hospitality to her real estate practice. Known for cultivating authentic relationships and guiding clients with integrity and discretion, she approaches every transaction with thoughtful strategy and a highly personalized level of care.

Before entering real estate, Andi was both an educator and entrepreneur. In 2006 she founded Toezies, the original half-toe grip sock for Pilates and yoga, which grew into an internationally distributed brand before being successfully sold in 2012. Her background in building and marketing a global product provides a unique perspective when advising clients on negotiation, marketing strategy, and investment value.

Having lived in Southern California’s coastal communities for more than two decades, Andi offers deep insight into the lifestyle and character of the region’s most sought-after neighborhoods, from Newport Beach and Laguna Beach to Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, and San Clemente.

Outside of real estate, Andi is a published author of two books. She enjoys cooking, entertaining family and friends, traveling, and spending time along the Southern California coast with her family.
