Clint Hemstreet brings a rare combination of hands-on real estate investment experience, strategic insight, and genuine people skills to his work at Arbor Real Estate. Having personally transacted tens of millions of dollars in real estate, Clint understands firsthand what’s at stake when buying or selling a property—and how important it is to have a knowledgeable, prepared advocate at the table.
His investment experience spans a diverse portfolio that includes single-family homes, luxury short-term beach rentals, multifamily properties, and commercial assets across the United States, from absolute NNN gas stations and quick-service restaurants to multi-tenant retail centers. Along the way, Clint has developed extensive experience with investment strategies including 1031 exchanges and creative financing. Navigating complex transactions on his own behalf has also shaped him into a thoughtful and skilled negotiator who knows how to evaluate opportunities, anticipate challenges, and keep the bigger picture in focus while protecting his clients’ interests.
Before entering residential real estate, Clint spent years in hospitality, an industry that reinforced the importance of attention to detail, responsiveness, and exceptional service. As a former athlete, he also brings the discipline, preparation, and competitive drive that have followed him throughout every chapter of his professional life.

Outside of real estate, Clint enjoys golfing and spending time with friends and family. He and his wife, Jaycie, are always on the hunt for a great local coffee shop, often accompanied by their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Rosie.
