Meet Jake

Jake is a lifelong resident of Costa Mesa and Newport Beach. He has been practicing real estate in the area for the last 31 years, concentrating his efforts on Balboa Island. For the last ten years, he has been the broker and owner of Island Real Estate Inc.

In 2020, his office, located on iconic Marine Ave on Balboa Island, merged with Arbor Real Estate Professionals and became the second of three Arbor office locations. He’s pleased to continue to serve the residents of the Island and surrounding areas under the Arbor banner.

Jake served as a board member of the Newport Beach Association of REALTORS® and was named President in 2002.–selected as REALTOR® of the Year that same year.
