About Jennifer Shaw

Newport Beach native Jennifer Shaw has a passion for her hometown – and for real estate – which comes through in everything she does. She brings this passion and commitment to her clients – and to her community – to Arbor Real Estate, where she specializes in representing clients seeking to buy and sell homes in Eastside Costa Mesa, Newport Heights, and West Newport Beach.

Shaw’s clients benefit immensely from her in-depth knowledge of the local market, including the important nuances that make all the difference in deciding when and where to buy and sell their homes. They also value her tireless work ethic – she is known for her effective communication style, her lightning-fast responsiveness, and her exceptional negotiation skills. She also applies her background in advertising and marketing to her successful practice, working with Arbor’s renowned marketing team to design powerful campaigns for her listings.

Prior to her career in real estate, Shaw served as an executive in the apparel industry, where she worked with top companies including James Perse, Elle Tahari, BCBG, and Bebe. During her tenure, she honed the sales and negotiation skills for which she is known today. Shaw also gained experience working with Chinese corporate clients, which enlightens her current practice, as the influx of international buyers to our region continues.

In addition to her work with Arbor Real Estate, Shaw enjoys giving back to the community that she calls home. She is actively involved with Special Olympics Southern California and the Surfrider Foundation.
