About Jessica Johnson

Prior to joining Arbor, Jessica was an associate at Sheppard Mullin and other prominent law firms, practicing a wide range of complex business, financial, real estate, land use, and environmental litigation and transactions for a variety of clients. She was named “Southern California Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2014 and 2015 (for “the top young attorneys in Southern California”).

This experience has translated well to the real estate profession, assisting her in delivering next-level service to her clients by giving her the ability to understand complicated real estate circumstances and contractual details.

Jessica is known for her negotiation skills, and her years of experience drafting contracts and solving problems have aided her in her real estate practice. When not working, she spends most of her time with her kids, and the rest on fitness activities: Orange Theory, spin, boxing, running, hiking, cycling, and snowboarding. She’s completed several triathlons, many half marathons, one marathon, a half-century bike race, two century rides, cycled Highway 1 from Santa Cruz to San Luis Obispo, and hiked Mt. Whitney.
