About Kevin Kubiak

Kevin Kubiak has been a leader in luxury residential real estate sales in coastal Orange County for more than two decades. In addition to co-founding one of the region’s most noteworthy brokerages, Kubiak has successfully completed hundreds of transactions totaling more than $1 billion, including numerous ultra-luxury property sales above $10 million.

Beyond his impressive track record of sales success, which stretches from Malibu to Laguna Beach, Kubiak is known for his dedication to his clients, serving as a trusted advisor and unwavering advocate for their best interests. His clients especially rely on his industry-leading marketing strategies that break through the clutter to deliver buyers, as well as his well-honed negotiating skills – tools he leverages to expedite top-dollar sales and maximum bottom-line benefits through each transaction.

In addition to managing the purchase and sale of primary residences, Kubiak is considered an expert in identifying real estate investment and development opportunities for his clients. Combining his Masters in Real Estate Development from USC with decades of boots-on-the-ground experience, he provides developer and investor clients with the detailed financial analysis and market studies they need to evaluate property, land and lot acquisitions, as well as to structure joint ventures and obtain private equity and financing.

Kevin received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Design and Urban Planning from the University of California at Irvine and a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He and his family currently reside in Newport Beach, California.
