About Matilda Lumpkin

Newport Native, Tilly Silvers, grew up on Lido Isle and “vacationed” at her family’s beach house on Balboa Peninsula. She attended Newport Harbor High School and ventured down the coast to San Diego to attend USD. She earned a double degree in International Business and Marketing. Tilly studied abroad in Florence, HongKong and even did a Semester at Sea where she learned how to effectively cooperate with people of diverse backgrounds.

Prior to joining Arbor, Tilly worked in marketing for Disney and in sales for her family’s pharmacy business. After living in Los Angeles for 5 years, her love for Newport and its community brought her back to her hometown. Whether it is matching her clients with an investment property, first home or high-end luxury purchase, Tilly’s professionalism, dedication, and work ethic ensure her clients experience an efficient and effortless process.

She is an active member of the Newport Harbor Yacht Club, OC Rescue Mission-Women for Hope, and a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Her hobbies include boating, long walks admiring properties around Newport, time spent with family & friends, and traveling. Tilly resides on Peninsula Point with her husband and their black German shepherd, Illy.
