Genova’s primary focus at Arbor is on serving clients in the Balboa Peninsula, Newport Heights, and Dover Shores areas of Newport Beach with extensive knowledge of Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Clemente, and Villa Park. He is especially known for his exceptional sales and negotiation skills, his vast network of buyer prospects, his sterling reputation for service, and his ability to collaborate with other agents to ensure transactions close successfully.

Genova earned his degree in real estate development from the University of Southern California’s Lusk Center for Real Estate and lives on Newport Beach’s Balboa Peninsula with his wife of 28 years, their three sons, and 2 energetic mutts. When he’s not working, he’s passionate about participating in the community he loves for its laid-back vibe and neighborhood pride. He and his family are active with and support the Rob Machado Foundation, the Newport Harbor High School Water Polo Program, the Newport Beach Lifeguard program, and the Ben Carlson Memorial & Scholarship Foundation.
