Raised in Newport Beach, Arbor Real Estate Partner Nicole Dishon is passionate about helping her valued clients find their dream homes and investment properties in the hometown she loves. She’s been doing just that for nearly two decades, leveraging her expertise throughout Coastal Orange County, and particularly specializing in the Dover Shores community that she and her family – including husband and business partner Jon – call home.

In addition to an impressive track record of successful transactions that spans 17 years in the local area, Dishon also brings the myriad benefits of her impressive social and professional networks to each transaction, delivering buyers and sellers to complete a large number of deals off-market. Her extensive background in interior design for both custom and model homes also sets her apart, as she ably advises her clients on the potential of each property for improvements, adding value, lifestyle enhancements and future appreciation.

As a graduate of Corona Del Mar High School and Chapman University and a longtime resident of Newport Beach, Dishon and her family share a commitment to many area causes and to the local community. She regularly volunteers her time at Mariners Elementary School, where her daughters attend, and also actively supports that school’s Foundation.
