Meet Paul
Paul has a long history in both commercial and residential real estate that has taken him to all areas of Orange County. However, he specializes in the coastal communities of Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, and also Irvine. Living in Orange County for almost 50 years has given him a unique perspective on the area and an extensive knowledge of the areas where he works.
Paul looks for innovative ways to assist his buyers and sellers to fulfill their dreams of home ownership as well as financial independence. He also has a unique experience in residential re-sales, commercial, multi-unit apartments, investment real estate, with over 250 closed transactions.
He currently lives in Newport Beach with his daughters Brooke 15, Bridget 13. His passion for real estate is only matched by his passion for surfing He has loved the sport since his father taught him at the age of 10. The sport has taken him around the globe, including trips to Hawaii, Fiji, Mexico, and Central America. He recently built a home in Playa Junquillal, Costa Rica where he hopes to one day retire.
