About Sabrina Ketchum

A graduate of University of Southern California’s School of Business Entrepreneurial Program, Sabrina Ketchum began her real estate career in 1998 and quickly rose to prominence as a successful, award-winning sales professional. Over the past two decades, Ketchum has continued to build her highly respected luxury real estate practice – with a focus on the exclusive coastal communities of Newport Beach and Corona del Mar, accumulating more than $80 million in sales since 2000. Ketchum also boasts an extensive background in real estate marketing and was a co-founder and proprietor of a Newport Beach-based promotional marketing agency.

Ketchum brings to Arbor Real Estate a proven track record of integrity and attention to detail, as well as a valuable network of repeat and referral clientele who rely on her true understanding of Newport area markets. A forward-thinker herself, Ketchum gravitated toward Arbor’s shared commitment to the local community, state of the art approach to real estate, and stellar reputation.

Born and raised in Newport Beach, Ketchum and her family are active members of the community, supporting many local causes including Newport Harbor Sailing Foundation, Orangewood Children’s Home, and SFM for Physically Challenged Athletes. In her free time, Ketchum enjoys sailing, golf, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Ketchum currently lives in Newport Heights with her husband and their two sons.
