Aislynn Hobbs brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to real estate, blending her corporate expertise with hands-on operational skills. Her journey began in 2013 with Zillow’s Orange County office, where she quickly rose to join the enterprise sales team in New York City. Working alongside some of the nation’s top-performing real estate teams, Aislynn gained deep insights into business operations and pricing strategies. In 2016, she became a licensed agent, teaming up with her husband, Brandon, to grow their family business in real estate.
As a co-founder of Real Contact, a real estate software company focused on streamlining agent-prospect communication, Aislynn demonstrated her entrepreneurial acumen. After the company was acquired by Boomtown ROI in 2018, she stayed on for two years, scaling her team from 20 to over 100 employees while collaborating with elite real estate teams nationwide. This experience gave her a comprehensive, unbiased understanding of the industry’s best practices.
Aislynn joined her husband Brandon and the Hobbs Group full-time in 2020, and has played a pivotal role in the team’s remarkable growth. Under her leadership, the group has established partnerships with leading lead-generation companies, providing over 200 leads per month. What started as a team of five has now expanded to over 30 agents, serving clients from Orange County to Los Angeles and Palm Springs.
Originally from El Dorado Hills in Northern California, Aislynn attended UCSB, where she ran track, before settling in Newport Beach with her family in 2013. Outside of work, she is passionate about giving back to her community through her church’s children’s ministry. She’s also an avid home baker who loves creating from-scratch meals for her family, a fitness enthusiast with a love for everything from hiking to Pilates, and a devoted sci-fi fan who’s always exploring new book series.
