With more than 25 years of experience in Newport Beach real estate and $500 million in residential transactions, Debbie is passionate about empowering her clients throughout the sales process with her fresh, personal approach to real estate sales.

When Debbie joined Arbor Real Estate she partnered with her husband Ron Millar and together they created a real estate powerhouse galvanized by sharp negotiation skills, an expansive network of buyers, investors and sellers and local knowledge that only comes from a lifetime of living and working in coastal Orange County. Their unmatched strengths of anticipating their client’s needs, tenacity, tireless work ethic and above all else, integrity in dealmaking and trust, elevate the team of Ron and Debbie to an unprecedented level above their competition. They have a full time operations manager and contract manager to assist.

Driven by a desire to help others, Debbie is dedicated to her work in the community. Her commitment extends to the Share Our Selves Foundation where she sits on the Board and also past work with Ronald McDonald House, JDRF and Harvesters.

She and her husband, Ron, reside in Newport Beach and have six grown children.
