Jerry Smith

Jerry Smith was raised in Newport Beach attending Newport Harbor High School, Orange Coast College and San Diego State. Working with his family-owned grocery store on the Balboa Peninsula, Jerry was quickly recognized as a people person. Jerry became a sales associate in 1978 and has been recognized as a top producer with other companies before joining Arbor. Jerry specializes in the Newport Beach, Costa Mesa area but has sold homes as far east as Riverside and south to Oceanside. He has represented buyers and sellers of income and commercial properties with a vast knowledge of 1031 Tax deferred exchanges. He represented both the leasor and leasee in negotiating Trader Joe’s move to its current location on 17th Street in Costa Mesa.
