Genova earned his degree in real estate development from the University of Southern California’s Lusk Center for Real Estate and lives on the Newport Beach’s Balboa Peninsula with his wife of 28 years, their three sons and 2 energetic mutts. When he’s not working, he’s passionate about participating in the community he loves for its laid-back vibe and neighborhood pride.
