Mike McKibben

Mike is a third-generation native of Newport Beach, raised on Balboa Island. His long history here gives him great insight into the micro-markets within Coastal Orange County and a vast network of local buyers, sellers, and investors. He launched his career in real estate in 2003 and focuses his practice mostly on high-end luxury real estate along the coast from San Clemente to Huntington Beach.

Mike is known for his hands-on approach when working with his clients. After 20 years in residential real estate sales, he knows what it takes to get a home sold for the highest price possible. He prides himself on doing in-depth research when pricing a listing, and when working with buyers, he digs deep to find out what is REALLY important to them. His philosophy is, “Yes, price is always important, but there are so many other factors to consider when making a smart purchase.”

Mike is passionate about beach volleyball and traveling with his family. He enjoys spending time on his boat, freediving, fishing, and cruising to Catalina.
