Scott Patton is a seasoned professional whose career began in 2001 after graduating from the University of Oregon and Whittier Law School. He began his career journey at Wells Fargo, where he embarked on a 15+ year career in Wealth Management.
Scott’s most significant strengths in his real estate practice are his ability to relate to people, understand the nuances of different personality types, and build relationships based on careful listening and adaptability. Described as adaptable, personable, and dedicated, Scott has managed over 300 Wealth Management accounts, tailoring his approach to each client’s unique needs.
Focusing on Newport Beach and Corona del Mar, Scott has deep roots in these communities. His family has had a house on the Peninsula for over 60 years, so his familiarity and connection with the area are unparalleled.
Scott is actively involved in the community, having served on the Santa Ana Zoo and Newport Beach Tennis Club boards. He has also fundraised for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and participates in many charitable golf tournaments to support the local community.
A native of Orange County, Scott was born at Hoag Hospital, attended Andersen Elementary in the Port Streets, and graduated from Corona del Mar High School. He has lived in Newport Beach for 45 of his 49 years, maintaining strong ties to his hometown.
In his leisure time, Scott enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two young children, playing tennis and golf, and staying active in his kids’ sports activities. His motto is: “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.”
