Suzy Larsen, originally from South Pasadena, CA has been residing in Newport Beach for the past 23 years. She graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a bachelor’s degree in business and began her career as an Account Executive in Advertising in Orange County. Her success in this industry can be largely attributed to her ability to build positive and productive relationships with clients based on trust. She consistently provided the best solutions and alternatives to ensure her clients’ happiness and success.
With an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for working with people, Suzy embarked on a new journey and founded her own startup company, Suzy’s Cottage. Her company specializes in creating beautiful custom home decor and concrete designs. Leveraging her experience in advertising and marketing, Suzy developed a dynamic book of business with key clients such as Butera, Bliss Fine Florals, and Urban Gardener.

Known for being highly personable and hard-working, Suzy possesses a multifaceted skill set. When she’s not working, Suzy enjoys hiking and paddle boarding. She is actively involved at Mariner’s Church in Irvine and deeply rooted in the community. Suzy also volunteers at Mae House, working with adults with special needs, and participates in Assistance League activities alongside her children. She resides in Newport Heights with her two daughters and German Shepherd, Mack.
