Arbor Real Estate was founded on the principles of community, teamwork, and inclusiveness. In keeping with those ideals, for the third year, Arbor distributed profit-sharing checks to our agents for the year of 2018.
“When I started the firm I always wanted it to be an agent-first type of company,” says Chris Brigandi, founder of Arbor Real Estate. “We are honored to be able to hand out more than $100,000 to our agents in the form of profit sharing.”
Most real estate agencies have an “every man for themselves” attitude when it comes to their relationship with their agents. At Arbor, we believe that we are better when we work together and that sharing the proceeds of our agency should be part of the deal.
